This page explains how information submitted through Spark Net website forms is handled. Last updated: October 24, 2026.
Information you send us
Subscription requests ask for your name, phone number, area and preferred service. The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message, with an optional phone number.
How we use your information
This information is sent to the Spark team's email info@sparktech.ly so we can review your inquiry and contact you. The form does not create a paid subscription or change your subscriber account. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents through these forms.
Data retention and form security
The website does not create a database containing your contact messages. Messages are passed to the hosting provider's email system and may be retained in mailboxes and logs. The form uses a temporary session file for security and a technical record outside the public folder to prevent duplicates and excessive submissions. This record contains a reference number and cryptographic fingerprints of the request and connection, without storing the message text or contact details in their original form.
Maps and external services
The website may load plan images from the Spark platform and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. These services receive connection information needed to display content, such as your IP address. Opening a map, app or subscriber account link takes you to an external service whose data practices apply.
Privacy inquiries
To ask about information you have sent us, or request its correction or deletion, email info@sparktech.ly, including your request reference if available. You can also call 091 424 1616.
